Note: My calendar is carefully balanced between home in Minneapolis and thoughtfully curated tours. Each trip is designed with longer dates in mind, keeping things limited so I can give my full energy and attention to the few I do meet. Advance prebooking is essential, as I rarely accommodate last-minute requests.

While I love to explore, if a tour doesn’t gain traction with pre-bookings, I may cancel 1–2 weeks out. Practicality has it's place and with the right company, indulgence always wins.

3H+ Dates require 1H minimum in public: dinner, a show, a walk in a museum, garden, or local tourist trap... I post inspiration on Bluesky.

Late Night / Early Morning fee: $300+ (outside standard hours; 8H+ exempt) ~ make sure to express you're requesting a time outside my usual hours.

Sponsored Tours

Occasionally I allow a client to sponsor a tour stop in their city. This includes covering my flight and hotel for two days, along with a 4 hour minimum booking.

Sponsors receive 50% off their booked time, and sponsored tours must be arranged 3–4 weeks in advance.

As a reminder and to ensure the trip remains viable, at least one additional client must pre-book within 1–2 weeks of the announcement. Sponsored tours are typically scheduled during my FMTY availability dates.
