Etiquette is more than policy — it’s the art of making sure every moment feels effortless for us both.

Our Agreement

We are two consenting adults choosing to share time together ~ free of obligation or expectation beyond the terms laid out here. We'll let our connection unfold naturally, without negotiation or explicit conversation. If boundaries are crossed, communication or service will cease immediately.

Respect, comfort, and mutual safety are non-negotiable. Should I ever feel unsafe or disrespected, our time will end ~ no exceptions, and no refunds.

Screening

Screening is required for all new clients. No exceptions.

Your discretion is respected, and mine is non-negotiable. Any withheld information will result in no response.
P411 handles or references are not sufficient for screening.
My typical clientele is between 27–55 years old.
I prefer our first date be incall; outcalls may be considered once we’ve built rapport.
Please refer to my Availability page first, then submit the Booking Form using real, verifiable information.

Reviews

Reviews are not welcome or permitted. Our time together is meant to be private, personal, and exclusive. If you’re seeking a performance, I’m not the companion for you.

Donations

Please have the remainder of donation in cash only and placed in a visible location at the start of our date. If meeting in public, place it discreetly in a card, book, or gift bag and hand it to me or leave in view. Electronic payment is for deposit-only. **This is different for international ~ info is on my Tour Page.

Hygiene

Fresh breath and clean hands are the bare minimum. Please be prepared to brush your teeth and use mouthwash as well as take a soapy shower at the beginning of our time together. Cleanliness sets the stage for unforgettable chemistry.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel.

Short dates (6 hours or less):
• With 48H+ notice, you may reschedule once within two weeks.
• With less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Long dates (8 hours or more):
• With 4 days (96H) notice, you may reschedule once within one month.
• With less than 4 days notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Important notes:
• Deposits do not apply toward cancellation fees.
• A new deposit is required to rebook after a late cancellation.
• Last-minute rescheduling is not permitted.

***One last note: Respect and discretion are non-negotiable. Should you cross boundaries after booking/deposit - by being explicit, disrespectful, or repeatedly testing limits - our engagement will be canceled with no refund, regardless of length.

6H ............ 2500 • An evening that lingers.
8H ............ 3000 • Day or night, no rush.
16H ......... 5200 • Overnight 7PM-11AM
24H ......... 8000 • A full day, all yours.

Incall dates of 2 hours or less: add a $150 hotel incall fee; 3H+ dates: fee is waived. (Minneapolis only)

Outcalls +$200 (Established clients only)

In-date extension $600/hour when available

3H+ Dates require 1H minimum in public: dinner, a show, a walk in a garden... I post inspiration on Bluesky. **If you are concerned about discretion, we can stay indoors for +$400, you must bring refreshments and maybe a game to play.

Last minute date request (within 24H of start time) add $300+

Late Night / Early Morning: $200+ (outside standard hours; 8H+ exempt)

Weekends are rarely part of my regular Minneapolis schedule. On occasion, you may find a lucky Saturday or Sunday available at home but this is uncommon. If you’d like me to make an exception and see you on a day off, I may do so for an additional $800+ consideration.

Exclusive Arrangement - full exclusivity and schedule priority as well as my undivided attention for a chosen term; typically monthly or seasonal. Expect plenty of dedicated time together, discounted travel fees, and total privacy of course. Starting at $30,000/month • Individually tailored upon chemistry and trust.

Semi-Exclusive Arrangement - ongoing priority, consistent connection, and a touch of familiarity without full exclusivity. Expect quality time and thoughtful consistency. Starting at $12,000/month • Details explored once chemistry feels right.
